Application Forms Required documents for application:

1) By signing and filling the Project Start Tracking and Ending Form by the project coordinator,

2) Certificate of approval of the ethics committee indicating that the project has been approved by ERU Animal Experiments Local Ethics Committee Presidency,

3) Copies of experimental animal use certificates of the researchers who will implement the project in our center,

4) A document from an accounting office or a receipt showing that the pro forma invoice which will be prepared by our center has been paid.
