1) to take necessary precautions for experimental animals to be raised, cared in a healthy way in the center and to be used properly,

2) to notify the management of the center in order to provide the conditions for raising, housing and feeding of the experimental animals, to provide ideal working environment, to determine and meet all kinds of needs of the Center (such as personnel, equipment, experimental animals),

3) to make necessary plans and arrangements so that the researchers can equally make use of the facilities of the Center offered by taking the order of application into consideration,

4) to keep and archive the records of the experimental animals used in the researches carried out at the center and the records of all the projects conducted within the center,
